I recently did a web site for The Community Thrift, a non-profit thrift store in San Francisco. My friend Zarin is the Director of the non-profit organization, and approached me about making a simple site to give them a decent, and reputable web presence. They are still in the process of updating the site w/ content, but most of my work is done.
You can view the site at: http://www.communitythriftsf.org/
If you live in SF, go check out the store next time your near the Mission. It has a ton of personality, and provides a lot of money to charity. I just furnished my bedroom in a single trip.
I’d like to hear some suggestions for the site. Keep in mind, actual products will not be listed b/c there is too much turnover of goods to even begin to put that on the web. Also, I know some pictures would be nice, so if that’s your suggestion, I suggest you suggest something specific.

I think some pictures would be nice. Oops.

Casey,
You should remove all the <br>‘s from your site. The list items are all ready a block-level element – just give them some margin. Also, you should always use quotes in your html whenever you use equals. For example, <div id=“container”>.
It’s funny that your css is “/css/css.css.” Did you do that on purpose?

I’m happy to give you some CSS tips if you want. ;)
Yes, I meant to do that. You know it’s cool.
